What Vada Pav is to the Mumbaikars, poha is the same to the Indoris. Prashant Nashta Corner, serves the best poha in Indore and you will find hordes of people eating their favorite breakfast just before stepping in to their workplace or classroom. Lal Balti ki kachori is very popular and a must try. You are going to forget about all other kachoris once you taste this dish here. The Kachori here is served with green chutney and its tastes amazing. Beware-the green chutney is super hot, so be careful. But the Kachori tastes best with the chutney. Kachori at GSITS is also a must try. It is popularly called as the engineer’s kachoris as GSITS is a very famous engineering college in Indore.

Garadu is a seasonal root which is found in central India and the Indoris are very fond of this. These roots are cleaned, fried and served along with spices, lemon juice and coriander leaves. It tastes somewhat like aloo or arbi, but the spices and lemon juice makes all the difference. Garadu is a real treat and tastes better when served hot.

Made up of shrikhand and rabri, this shikanji is loaded with kesar ,elaichi and sugar. One glass of this creamy, thick shikanji is sure to make you full.
